Founder, Chairman & Managing Director

Ashok is a visionary at the core! An entrepreneur, innovator, and master craftsman – he has been instrumental in setting up businesses from the start and nurturing them to a global scale. He has been on the leadership teams of large-scale organizations, including BEST and Phillips. He played pivotal roles in organizations such as DSQ and Hexaware and put them on a hyper-growth path. Over the past 35 years, Ashok has founded multiple startups and is now pivotal in steering Neeyamo’s course toward path-breaking innovation and global domination. In addition, he is now actively involved in philanthropy, giving back to society through the Neeyamo Foundation and mentoring startups across streams.

Rangarajan Seshadri

Co-founder & CEO

Ranga is an inspirational leader and true visionary. A craftsman in building cohesive teams, Ranga drives commitment and adherence to Neeyamo’s core values across the organization. He has extensive experience creating HR & Payroll shared service centers for global organizations and managed large-scale global HRO service delivery engagements. Smita Yedekar

Business Head

Smita is a seasoned business leader with nearly three decades of experience driving strategic growth and scaling technology-led solutions. As Business Head at ScreenXchange, she focuses on building and expanding transformative platforms that address complex, global business challenges. Her career spans leading market expansion and translating strategy into execution. Known for her pragmatic and forward-looking leadership style, Smita consistently brings clarity, momentum, and measurable impact to high-growth organizations.

Vivek Khanna

Co-founder, President & Chief Client Partner

Vivek is responsible for revenue acquisition and retention. He manages a large team of client partners and account managers and liaises with prospects and customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs. He is a seasoned business development professional with three decades of experience leading teams acquiring revenue. Vivek’s rapid response to emails will not surprise those working with him.

Guhan Ramanan

Co-founder & President, Customer Success

Guhan enables better sales conversions by helping customers and colleagues succeed with Neeyamo. A GPHR-certified professional, Guhan has over two decades of expertise in envisaging and developing solutions to transform an organization’s HR infrastructure. He specializes in setting up and leading complex delivery organizations. Guhan admits his ability to pick up a new language is determined by whether it is through immersion or grammar and an understanding of the rules.

Samuel Isaac

Co-founder, CMO & President, Strategy

With about two decades of experience in business process design and delivery, Sam has engineered several large-scale HRO and payroll deals. He is well versed in advising clients on major strategic business initiatives such as organizational design, operating model transformation, and leadership development. He is primarily responsible for devising growth strategies for the organization and evangelizing Neeyamo’s value proposition. Sam is an incorrigible optimist who aims to leverage aspiration to align and inspiration to deliver.

Rupinder Kaur

AVP, Human Capital Management

Rupinder is a quintessential HR leader who brings in close to 20 years of HR experience in the ITES industry and heads Global HR at Neeyamo. From Business Partnering, Talent Management to Technology-led HR Transformation, she has led several HR interventions throughout her career. POSH at the workplace and DE&I are some of the other charters she drives at Neeyamo. An alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, she keeps a keen interest in adventure sports and believes in maintaining an active lifestyle.

Sachin Kawalkar

VP, Quality Management & CISO

Sachin works closely with Neeyamo’s delivery organization and spearheads initiatives on Information Security, Cyber Security, Data Governance, Quality Management, Audit and Compliance. Over the past 20 years, he has worked on diverse Info-Sec roles managing IT & Cyber Security, Cloud, IT Governance and Enterprise Architecture for large hyper-growth companies for both developed and developing markets. He has been called upon to speak in various events to pass on insights as an expert in the field of Data Privacy, Cyber & Information Security. Sachin has been conferred with numerous awards like ‘CISO of the Year’ for his efforts to institutionalize Info-Sec standards and practices.
